You place an order for your injector or turbo and make your purchase. After payment, you receive your new part within 24/48 hours (if the product is in stock). You retrieve the same box and the prepaid return slip located on top of the package inside the pouch (which you attach to the box). Carefully package your old part, making sure to retrieve the protective foam (if your turbo is equipped, protect the electronic casing carefully) and drop off the package at a Post Office without paying anything.

You have 15 days to send us your old part. We will refund the deposit amount you paid according to your initial payment method. Do you not want to pay the deposit amount?

In that case, you must first send us back your old injector or turbo (with the return slip we provide) so that we can proceed with sending the new one. Advantage: you don't have to pay the deposit, but the delivery time is extended. You place your order without selecting the deposit.
