Delivery within 24 hours by CHRONOPOST if the order and deposit payment have been made before 3pm. The injector or turbo you ordered doesn't match? Was there a wrong diagnosis of the problem by your mechanic? You have 14 days after receiving your package to make a return. Important: the part must not be used and must not be installed.

Use the shipping box and properly protect the part. Attach the return coupon, which is included with the injector or turbo, to the box. Include a note in the package specifying that it is a return and that you wish to proceed with a refund or exchange.

Drop off your package at a post office. You will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days. Important: you must properly protect the injectors or turbo by using the protective foam present in the box plus any other elements that you deem appropriate. You carefully package your old part, making sure to retrieve the protective foam (if your turbo is equipped, carefully protect the electronic housing), and drop off the package at a Post Office without paying anything. You have 15 days to send us your old part. We will refund you the deposit amount you paid according to your initial payment method.

Don't want to pay the deposit amount? In this case, you must first send us back your old injector or turbo (with the return form we provide) so that we can proceed with sending the new one.

Advantage: you don't have to pay the deposit, but the delivery time is extended. You place your order without choosing the deposit. Remember to carefully package your part, especially if it has electronic components. We receive your part and proceed to send the new turbo or injector. You receive your new part.
