These goods must be returned through the return procedure and sent back to the manufacturer for inspection, testing, and review, and the manufacturer will not arrange collection of the product.

Based on the manufacturer’s opinion, we will be given a reasonable opportunity and facilities to investigate any claims made under the warranty.

The above warranty is provided by us subject to no liability for any defect resulting from wear and tear, intentional damage, negligence, handling of the goods, incorrect installation of the goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal operating conditions, failure to follow our and/or the manufacturer’s instructions for the goods (oral or written), misuse, or modification or repair of the goods without our approval.
